Her Vision

Her kitchen, is to be located at Casa Medicina Tuúm Ben Kuxtal (meaning A New Life - Vida Nueva). It's a place where everyone interested can come and learn. Here, you will not only see how her unique cacao is made but also create your own and immerse yourself in the rich ancestral knowledge and traditions.
